For this to work (for Aquila Cuirass), I tried with Magic Weapon with Conduit rune : always full energy = always Aquila bonus.^^ With Aquila cuirass in the cube and Orb of infinite Depth on left hand it's quite resilient. This 'build' can work also very nicely without Goldwrap+Boon of the hoarder. The 6 pieces bonus is quite similar for Explosive blast to Tal Rasha's.) (I think that another option is to build this aroud Delsere, the cooldown of the bubble will be reset in no time with Explosive blast. We can build aroud Tal Rasha + Sage, Tal Rasha + Firebird, Tal Rasha + Delsere.
